What You'll Be Doing
· Greeting customers with a friendly smile
· Taking orders and handling payments
· Helping customers with menu questions and recommendations
· Managing online and delivery platform orders
· Keeping the front of house area clean, organised, and welcoming
· Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
· Delivering great customer experiences, even during busy periods
What We're Looking For
· Positive attitude and strong communication skills
· Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented personality
· Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
· Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
