About the Role
Are you ready to lead the engineering expertise behind some of the UK's most important renewable energy projects? As Project Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering onshore wind developments, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are designed, built and commissioned safely and successfully.
At EDF power solutions, we’re delivering an Electric UK and Ireland.
Your leadership will help shape the future of clean energy, coordinating engineering activities across a portfolio of projects and supporting the transition to a net zero future.
From managing design risk and engineering interfaces to developing talented engineers, your contribution will directly influence the performance and success of our renewable energy investments.
The Opportunity
Our Onshore Delivery Engineering team within the Central Technical Organisation (CTO) provides engineering delivery predominantly across onshore wind projects throughout the UK and Ireland from early-stage development and financing through construction, commissioning and handover to operations.
As Project Engineering Manager, you'll lead the engineering delivery of renewable energy projects across our onshore wind portfolio, ensuring multidisciplinary teams work together and influence critical design decisions, to deliver safe, high-quality and commercially successful outcomes. You'll play a key role in shaping engineering strategy and supporting the delivery of renewable energy infrastructure that will help power the transition to a net zero future. You'll have the opportunity to lead and develop a talented team of Project Engineers.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, you'll be based in our offices (#Edinburgh, #Glasgow, #Durham, #London). This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while providing opportunities to collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders across our engineering and project teams.
