Work Schedule Options:
Team Coach (1/2 days a week + 1/2 games a month):

Expanded Hours (Up to 2-4 hours a week):
- Ideal for individuals looking for more coaching hours and professional growth.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Current DBS check.
Duties:
- Develop and implement basketball training programs and practice plans.
- Teach fundamental basketball skills, strategies, and techniques.
- Plan and conduct team practices, drills, and scrimmages.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive criticism for improvement.
- Develop game plans and strategies for competitive matches.
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to educate and motivate athletes of all skill levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with players, parents, and other coaching staff.
- Availability to attend practices, games, and tournaments as required.
- While experience is valued, we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
- Assistance provided for pursuing coaching qualifications.
