Experience across software engineering, AI/ML, or related enterprise technology environments.
Strong hands-on development skills (e.g., Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js), with experience building APIs, services, and integrations.
Practical experience working with Generative AI and LLM-based applications (e.g., agents, embeddings, prompt design, RAG architectures).
Familiarity with leading AI platforms and models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar cloud AI services).
An understanding of how to design and orchestrate AI-driven workflows or automation solutions within business environments.
A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable outputs.
Strong documentation and organisational skills, with attention to detail and an ability to create audit-ready artefacts.
Awareness of governance, risk, and compliance concepts, particularly in relation to AI, data, and security.
Solid understanding of modern development practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD, cloud environments, containerisation).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
