Site Supervisor – Painting and Decorating

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our painting and decorating team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising works on site, managing decorators, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Responsibilities
· Supervise painting and decorating teams across active sites.
· Plan daily workloads and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
· Monitor progress, quality, materials, and attendance on site.
· Read and follow specifications, drawings, schedules of work, and client requirements.
· Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
· Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, site managers, and office staff.
· Carry out quality checks, identify defects, and manage snagging works.
· Report progress, issues, and material requirements clearly and promptly.
Requirements
· Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Working Foreman, or Lead Decorator within painting and decorating.
· Strong knowledge of preparation, finishing, snagging, and quality standards.
· Ability to lead a team and keep works on programme.
· Good communication and organisational skills.
· Reliable, professional, and able to work well under pressure.
· Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
· SSSTS essential.
· Full UK driving licence preferred.

Pay: £23.00-£26.00 per hour
