What you'll be doing:
- Preparing fresh ingredients and supporting food preparation.
- Following recipes and ensuring every dish is served to a high standard.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, food safety, and Health & Safety standards.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Supporting the team with cleaning and pot wash during busy service periods.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous kitchen experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking.
- Can stay calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Has a good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Is willing to learn, develop, and be part of a supportive team.
- Takes pride in producing great food and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
