We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time Support Workers to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships while delivering truly person-centred care.
The Role: Support Worker (1:1 Support)
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide dedicated one-to-one support
- Assist with daily living tasks and routines
- Support access to the community and appointments
- Encourage independence, confidence, and personal growth
- Promote choice, dignity, and overall wellbeing
This is a highly personalised role where consistency, patience, and compassion are essential.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
- Flexible to work days, evenings (lates), sleep-ins, and some weekends
- Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Confident driving a manual vehicle (a work vehicle is provided while on duty)
Successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS check and a probation period — full support will be provided throughout.
