MHHG Estate Agents is looking for an experienced sales and lettings negotiator to join our team.
Duties include:
Communicating with vendors regarding the progress of their property sale.
Contacting landlords to sell our services and products to them.
Creating property listings for social media advertising
liaising with professional agencies
Accurate record keeping
Sourcing and advertising properties for sale and to let
Negotiating prices for properties for sale
Organising and conducting property inspections for lettings.
Valuing properties for rent
Valuing properties for sale
Organising and conducting viewings of properties with prospective tenants
Accurate record keeping
Working within current legislation
