We are looking to fill the following roles for our Ballycastle and Dungiven stores.
RETAIL BUTCHER
Ideal Candidate will have
- The ability to drive sales, introduce new ideas and work on their own initiative
- A passion for food and meat products with a high level of presentation
- Experience of a retail BUTCHERY environment including competent knife skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience of working in a busy team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
-Good Knowledge of HACCP
- Available to work Saturdays
-Driving licence would be beneficial but not necessary
This is a full time position, Monday to Saturday with day off mid week. Transport/use of van provided or fuel allowance given. An opportunity to work in a modern, award winning retail butchery business and a good salary for the right candidate.
