We are looking for a dynamic, friendly person to join us and provide support to the Property Management Team.
Job Description
The role is to provide legal property administration support to the Managing Director. Key aspects of the role are:
· Handle existing and new client agreements
· Handle the onboarding of new clients, liaising with the outgoing agents
· Compile LPE1 and FME1 packs for sellers solicitors
. Manage client filings at Companies House
. Obtain relevant documents from Land Registry
· Submit ZA applications to the First-Tier Tribunal, collating associated documentation for distribution
. Communicate with clients, external solicitors and other professional parties
. General administrative tasks associated with property management
As a small company, the role will be varied and the successful candidate must be flexible in their approach.
Applicants must have:
· A keen interest in property management with an understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
· Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and other database systems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· The ability to confidently liaise with clients in a personable manner
· A minimum of 2 years experience in the property management sector
· An interest in undertaking property management qualifications

Pay: £13.40-£14.30 per hour
