Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Cleaning Operations Supervisor to take control of daily operations.
This is not just a cleaning role — you will be responsible for managing teams, organising schedules, checking properties, and making sure everything runs smoothly every day.
You must be confident managing people and making decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising daily cleaning schedules and assigning jobs to teams
Managing staff communication via WhatsApp groups
Supervising cleaners across multiple properties
Carrying out quality control checks after cleans
Ensuring all properties meet required standards before guest arrivals
Handling last-minute changes and problem-solving on the go
Supporting the team and stepping in when needed
Reporting issues, damages, or delays quickly
Preparing and coordinating the next day’s work schedule
Requirements:
Proven experience in professional cleaning (ESSENTIAL)
Experience managing or leading teams
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to handle pressure and fast-paced environments
Good communication skills (clear and direct)
High attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and solution-focused
Driving licence preferred (due to multiple locations)
