Delivery Driver (Self-Employed) – Immediate Starts Available

Warrior Logistics is currently recruiting reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers for immediate start opportunities based in Sheffield (S9). This is a self-employed role offering consistent weekday work, excellent support, and no hidden costs.

- Paid training at £100 per day (3–5 days)
- Monday to Friday schedule (5 days per week)
- Guaranteed day rate – full pay even if you finish early
- Monthly rota provided for schedule clarity and consistency
The Role
- 10-hour working day with early starts (approx. 7:00 AM)
- Collect your pre-loaded vehicle and pre-planned route each morning
- Deliver parcels efficiently and safely using advanced routing technology
- Handle heavy and bulky items (lifting equipment provided)
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at every stop
- Take ownership of a dedicated route
- Receive one-on-one training before operating independently
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no previous driving bans)
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check, and drug & alcohol screening
- Ability to handle physically demanding work
- Previous experience with companies such as Amazon, Tesco, DPD, or Yodel is desirable but not essential
