We are looking for a Shift Manager to take on a leadership role in our busy Coffee House. The ideal candidate will needs to have a minimum of 3 years experience managing a coffee shop or hospitality venue. They will need the desire to drive KPI's, train staff, and have experience with food preparation and customer service. Previous barista experience is required for this position. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to be responsible for all food production and service, as well as enforcing all company policies to ensure efficient service and high quality food output.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team between 8 - 16 members on a daily basis.
Solve problems, control food cost, labour, waste and utilities and drive sales on a day to day basis.
Coordinate effectively with the front counter and upper management.
Deal with customers in a courteous manner.
Respond to customer requests and complaints.
