We are seeking flexible and dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our children’s residential home in Lincoln. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, ad-hoc shifts while making a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.
About the Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, working as part of a team to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. You will step in to cover shifts as required, supporting the smooth running of the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Support young people with their day-to-day care and routines
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive behaviour
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs and reports
- Follow care plans and risk assessments
- Support activities, education, and appointments
- Assist with the general upkeep of the home
- Administer medication (where trained)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable)
- A flexible and reliable approach to work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:
- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- UK Driving Licence (preferred)
