Restaurant Manager – Join The Gate Inn, Tansley
We're looking for a Restaurant Manager or Experienced Supervisor to join our leadership team at The Gate Inn, Tansley.

As Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with our Head Chef and owners to lead our front of house team, deliver exceptional service and create an atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back time and time again.
The Role
As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. You'll lead by example, inspire your team and ensure every guest receives the warm, friendly service that The Gate Inn, Tansley is known for.
You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, creating a positive working environment where your team feels supported, motivated and proud of what they do. From developing your team to maintaining high service standards, you'll play a key role in the success of the business.
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams, you'll ensure every service runs smoothly, monitor guest satisfaction, manage bookings and reservations, resolve customer queries with confidence, and continually look for ways to improve the overall guest experience.
