Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking an experienced Class 1 / Class 2 RO RO Tipper HGV Driver to join our team at our Broxburn depot.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 5:00pm
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of RO RO and tipper vehicles, ensuring timely collections and deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Held a valid Class 1 licence for a minimum of 12 months
- Previous Class 1 and/or Class 2 tipping experience
- A valid Driver CPC qualification
- A Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of road networks throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh, and the Lothians
- Fewer than 6 penalty points on their driving licence
- No DR, DD, CD, or IN endorsement codes
- An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A professional and reliable approach to work
- A commitment to health and safety standards
