Stockport | Full-Time, Permanent | £25,500 Basic + Commission
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our well-established and successful independent estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with lettings experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, friendly, and ambitious team.

The Role
You'll own the lettings process end to end from first enquiry through to keys in hand making sure landlords and tenants both get a smooth, professional experience along the way.
- Building and nurturing your own applicant database, developing a strong pipeline of quality tenants and matching them with suitable properties.
- Managing the full lettings journey from initial enquiry through to move-in.
- Carefully selecting suitable tenants and progressing applicants.
- Keeping landlords and tenants in the loop at every stage of the process.
- Working hand-in-hand with the Property Management team to coordinate move-ins smoothly.
- Keeping a sharp focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:30, and Friday, 09:00–17:00. The role also requires working one Saturday in every four from 10:00–14:00, with time off in lieu provided for each Saturday worked.
About You
- At least 1 year's lettings experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine work ethic.
