About the Role
We're looking for a commercially driven Finance Business Partner to support the Value Stream Director in delivering short and long-term financial objectives.
This is a highly visible role where you'll provide strategic financial insight, influence business decisions and drive operational performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to improve margins, optimise costs and support sustainable growth, while leading and developing a high-performing Finance team.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with the Value Stream Director and leadership team to provide financial insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
Lead, coach and develop a Finance team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Drive financial performance through margin improvement, cost optimisation and value creation initiatives.
Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning processes.
Deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess business risks and opportunities.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Programmes and Supply Chain to support cost control, business cases and project performance.
Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions.
Support cash flow forecasting, working capital management and capital investment appraisals.
Ensure compliance with Safran financial policies, statutory requirements and internal controls.
Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools and ERP system utilisation.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a confident Finance professional with strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will have experience partnering with operational teams, leading financial planning activities and delivering meaningful business insight.
