Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hairstyling, barbering, or related beauty services with a strong portfolio of work
- Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for those interested in career growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform diverse beauty treatments including eyelash extensions and makeup application with precision
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience in upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction and salon profitability
- Mentoring skills or willingness to guide less experienced team members is highly valued
