We are looking for a Support Worker who has the desire to help others and is willing to be a part of a team that is committed to strengthening and improving the quality of life for all of our clients. The ideal candidate will be committed to assisting clients and supporting them in their daily activities, as well as addressing their individual health needs. This position is full time required Monday to Friday between 8am - 4.30pm
Must hold a full uk clean driving licence and be able to drive a minibus.
Responsibilities:
- Work in our Wood workshop, Garage and Farm as well as supporting in the community.
- Provide support for people with disabilities, their carers and families.
- Provide practical and emotional support
- Support and supervise people in our wood workshop, garage and farm setting, also support service users on leisure activities
- Assess, plan and coordinate care needs.
- Work with others to achieve common goals.
- Change care plans in response to developing needs of the person and/or other factors.

- the successful candidate will be required to drive a minibus to collect and return service users to and from day service.
