We are looking for a passionate and caring Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner to join our dedicated team and help provide exceptional care and learning opportunities for our youngest children.

What You'll Be Doing
As a valued member of our Baby Room team, you will:
- Create a warm, loving, and secure environment where babies can thrive.
- Build strong attachments and meaningful relationships with children and their families.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and development.
- Observe, assess, and support children's individual learning journeys.
- Support daily routines including feeding, changing, sleeping, and personal care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an inspiring and stimulating learning environment.
- Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and development at all times.
- Embrace our outdoor learning ethos and support children in exploring nature safely and confidently.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
✅ A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
✅ Experience working with babies or young children in an early years setting
✅ A sound understanding of the EYFS framework
✅ Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ A positive, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach
✅ A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and flourish
