We require a 'cutting' operative, select correct material, cut to correct measurement, with attention to detail.
- Operate cutting machinery, ensuring accurate and efficient production according to specifications and processes.
- Read and understand instructions.
- Read tape measure.
- Use hand tools and tooling equipment for machine setup, maintenance, and minor repairs
- Handle materials safely, including loading, unloading, and organising stock within the warehouse or production area
- Assist with other tasks if necessary,.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Perform basic maths calculations to verify measurements during setup and operation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements or efficiencies
- Experience
- Previous exposure to warehouse operations or assembly lines is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is important.
Pay: £12.71-£15.50 per hour
