CPR Computers Limited is looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a supportive, customer-focused environment. You don’t need previous experience, and there’s no cold calling – our websites bring in the customers, your role is to ensure they are well looked after.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting our existing trade customers to ensure their orders and enquiries are handled smoothly.
- Encouraging new business by providing excellent service and support.
- Supporting our small retail team with online sales through our own website and other sales channels.
- Helping improve processes to make our customer experience seamless and efficient.
What we’re looking for:
- A positive and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An interest in technology and computers is a plus, but not essential.
- A team player who enjoys helping customers and colleagues alike.
