About the Role
Nottingham has built a strong reputation for digital innovation, creative industries, and technology-led business, and at TMR Concept Media and Technology Ltd, we bring that same practical and forward-thinking approach to every project.
We create websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, media solutions, and technology services that help organisations improve how they operate and engage with customers.
We are looking for a Digital Product Delivery Manager who can take ownership of complex digital projects from initial planning through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with product specialists, developers, designers, quality assurance teams, clients, and commercial stakeholders to ensure that every digital solution is delivered on time and meets its intended purpose.
You are not simply monitoring deadlines. You are creating clarity, resolving delivery challenges, and helping multidisciplinary teams turn ideas into reliable digital products.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our team is based near the Lace Market, one of Nottingham’s most established creative and digital districts. We provide a collaborative workplace where technical, creative, and commercial teams work closely together.
Delivery Influence: You will help shape how digital products are planned, developed, tested, launched, and improved.
Varied Projects: You will manage work across web applications, mobile platforms, ecommerce systems, media technology, and customer-facing digital services.
Modern Tools: We use agile delivery platforms, cloud collaboration tools, product roadmaps, analytics systems, and automated testing workflows.
Growth: You will receive support for product delivery certifications, agile training, technology conferences, and continued professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Delivery: Manage digital projects from discovery and planning through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch review.
- Roadmap Coordination: Maintain clear delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and resource requirements.
- Cross Functional Leadership: Coordinate developers, designers, testers, product specialists, content teams, and external partners.
- Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand business requirements, clarify expectations, and communicate delivery progress.
- Agile Delivery: Facilitate planning sessions, progress reviews, retrospectives, and backlog prioritisation across project teams.
- Risk Management: Identify technical, operational, and commercial risks before they affect scope, quality, budget, or timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure digital products meet agreed functional, technical, accessibility, security, and usability standards.
- Budget Monitoring: Track project costs, resource usage, supplier expenditure, and delivery performance against agreed plans.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare clear progress reports, delivery forecasts, issue logs, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Improve delivery methods, documentation, team communication, project controls, and release processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in digital project delivery, product management, software implementation, web development, or technology consulting.
- Delivery Leadership: Strong experience managing complex digital projects involving several technical and commercial workstreams.
- Agile Knowledge: Practical experience using agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methods.
- Technical Awareness: Good understanding of web applications, mobile products, cloud platforms, integrations, testing, and software release processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidence working with clients, developers, designers, suppliers, and senior business stakeholders.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of project budgets, delivery costs, resource planning, scope control, and client expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to explain delivery risks and technical issues clearly.
- Technology: Confidence using project management, collaboration, documentation, analytics, and product delivery platforms.
- Problem Solving: A practical and structured approach to resolving delays, changing requirements, technical blockers, and competing priorities.
- Mindset: You are organised, commercially aware, calm under pressure, and focused on delivering digital products that create measurable value.
