About the Role
We are a growing property maintenance company seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Operations Manager to provide maternity cover for 12 months.
Working closely with the Director you will help manage daily operations, coordinate jobs, oversee staff, subcontractors and ensure projects run smoothly. This is a fully remote role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s diary, appointments and job scheduling.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials for projects.
- Oversee employee scheduling, annual leave and HR administration.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Book and coordinate jobs with clients, Suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor enquiries, quotations and job progress.
- Maintain accurate records and operational systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Director.
About You
- Previous experience in a PA, Operations Manager, Office Manager, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing staff, subcontractors or teams.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in property maintenance, construction or facilities management is desirable.
