De Medina Hotel Services is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to provide exceptional housekeeping services across our hotel clients. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, changing bed linen, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, dusting, sanitising bathrooms, and ensuring every room is presented to the highest standard. Previous hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
We are looking for candidates who are punctual, dependable, physically fit, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You should have the right to work in the UK and be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays when required.

Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and replenishing amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient operations and a safe environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team promptly
- Assist with laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed
- Support team efforts during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning tasks or special requests
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Reliable with good time management skills to complete assigned duties promptly
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
