Duties
- Assist in developing detailed project schedules, ensuring all phases are accurately planned and monitored.
- Track project progress, update schedules regularly, and communicate changes effectively to all team members and stakeholders.
- Assist project manager, carrying out daily tasks.
- Manage documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change orders, maintaining clear and organized records.
- Support resource allocation by monitoring timelines and adjusting plans to meet project milestones efficiently.
- Facilitate communication among contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure everyone stays aligned on project goals.
- Prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of construcation or trade background.
- Must be excellent team plaster.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to plan ahead, anticipate potential issues, and adapt plans proactively.
- Knowledge of construction or engineering project workflows is a plus.
- A proactive attitude combined with strong time management abilities to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
