Protea Care Homes is opening a new Supported Living Service in Peterborough and we are looking for caring, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to join our team immediately.Established in 1997, Protea Care Homes is a specialist provider supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We are passionate about delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.

- Mature and experienced care staff
- Applicants who can provide calm and consistent support
Duties Include
Support Designed Around Each Person's Goals
- Daily living skills — cooking, cleaning and budgeting
- Health and wellbeing support
- Community engagement and social activities
- Maintaining relationships with family and friends
- Developing independence at a pace that suits each person we support
What We Need From You
- Experience in care/support work
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rota
- Full-time availability (37.5 hours)
- Positive and compassionate attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
