We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent service to customers while promoting company products and services.
Duties:
- Utilize scripts to provide information about products or services
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and preferences
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
