As the Mobile Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the operational team in managing operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the division. Reporting to the Mobile Support Manager, you will support the internal mobile team.
Hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 - 38 hours per week mainly home based but ad hoc requirement to travel to various offices for meetings or when needed.

- As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing National Technical Services inbox
Assigning tasks & AMK Codes
Quotes processing all mobile contracts.
- Chasing all mobile engineers for quotes for the wider business
- Collation of Bi Reports for account manager/SDM’s to send to client.
- Ordering uniform/tools/consumables
- Keeping engineers’ info spreadsheet up to date with starters and leavers.
- Ordering IT kit
- Taking notes on investigations and disciplinary’s,
- Tracking MOT and Lease expires,
- Booking vans in for service and chasing fleet to provide a hire.
- Vetting process for BPSS SC for mobile and the advanced for EOS and GPA
- Weekly and monthly productivity reporting
- Gathering electronic paperwork for clients which require all documents
- Processing training requests for engineers
- Assigning of PPMs for sites contributing to KPI achievements.
- Working closely with Management team to support in day to day operations
- Working collaboratively with the technical administrators remotely
- Assist with data entry on to the CAFM system and record keeping.
- Support the team with administration requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication within the team
Essential Hiring Criteria:
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- The successful candidate will be subject to security clearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers and key stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Proactive and organised, with a keen attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
