Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator / Experienced/Trainee Dental Nurse START IN SEPTEMBER 2026!
Location: Perfect Smile Wokingham – East Hampstead
Position: Full-Time 3 days reception and 2 days nursing.
Perfect Smile Wokingham is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and patient-focused individual to join our friendly team. This role would suit an experienced Dental Receptionist, Patient Care Coordinator, or qualified Dental Nurse looking to develop their career within an established and growing dental practice. Trainee Dental Nurses with experience (but not essential, training can be provided) also are welcome !
About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient journey, managing appointments, supporting treatment uptake, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Responsibilities
● Providing outstanding customer service to patients
● Managing appointments and diary scheduling using Dentally software
● Handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone
● Supporting patients through their treatment journey
● Coordinating treatment plans and follow-up appointments
● Maintaining accurate patient records
● Working closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
What We’re Looking For
● Previous dental practice experience is essential
● Experience using Dentally software is preferred
● Excellent communication and organisational skills
● Positive, professional, and caring attitude
● Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
● Qualified Dental Nurses or Trainees are welcome to apply !
