Experienced Contracts Manager required for busy Main Contractor based in Rochester, Kent, working mainly throughout the South East and other client led areas.
Salary £60,000 subject to experience.

The Position is Full Time and permanent, working in the office with no remote working.
The main Company activity is the refurbishment of Industrial Units on Industrial Estates and Commercial Premises for Pension Funds and Investment Funds.
Duties will include :
· Control of direct labour
· Management and review of Sub Contractors.
· Management of contracts to deliver a quality product on programme and budget.
· Site Health & Safety.
· Liaison with clients to deliver expectation.
· Working closely with the Contracts Director and the team to aid the company’s continual success.
The ideal candidate would be keen to work for a medium size company working closely with the Contract’s Director and being part of achieving the company’s aims. Our Contract values range from £30K to £2million. The ideal candidate must be experienced and be confident in a management role and be within a reasonable distance to the Rochester, Kent Head Office.
