Purpose of the Role
To provide exceptional customer service to all guests by ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and restaurant. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Restaurant Duties
- Prepare and set up the restaurant for service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Process payments accurately.
- Follow food hygiene and allergen procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar areas.
Hotel Duties
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs where required.
- Prepare guest rooms and public areas to company standards.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure public areas remain clean and presentable.
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.

Teamwork
- Support colleagues across all departments when required.
- Maintain effective communication with managers and team members.

Health & Safety
