About KOZLE
KOZLE is a brand-new modern Turkish grill restaurant opening in Newcastle city centre, just minutes from Central Station. We are looking for a strong and experienced Supervisor to help lead our front of house team and support the daily running of the restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with hospitality management experience who wants to grow with an ambitious and fast-paced restaurant business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing busy lunch and dinner services
- Leading and motivating front of house staff
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Supporting staff training and development
- Assisting with daily operations and shift management
- Managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently
- Maintaining high cleanliness and service standards
- Using EPOS and tablet ordering systems
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management or supervisor role within hospitality is essential
- Restaurant experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional and well presented
- Available to work evenings and weekend
