Overview:
We are seeking two highly organized and friendly Phone Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and colleagues. Available shifts:
- Night Shift Operator: Friday and Saturday nights, 10:00pm – 06:00am
- Back Shift Operator: Two shifts per week, scheduled across all seven days

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Input customers details to a computerized system
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle phone calls in a calm and professional manner
- Ensure a positive and respectful demeanor at all times
