We are seeking an organised, proactive, and highly motivated Band 5 Administrative Manager to support the operational and administrative delivery of our Community Response Services. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting multidisciplinary teams across:
Hospital Occupational Therapy (OT)
Discharge Nursing Services
Single Point of Access (SPA)
Community Nurse Practitioners
Community Therapy
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient service coordination, effective administration systems, and high-quality support to clinical and operational teams. You will help drive service performance, manage administrative processes, and contribute to improving patient flow and community-based care.
Provide day-to-day management and supervision of administrative staff across Community Response Services (CRS).
Coordinate and oversee administrative processes to support safe and effective patient care pathways.
Support operational service delivery across CRS.
Monitor staffing rotas, annual leave, sickness absence, and workforce administration.
Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and maintenance of patient records and service activity.
Produce performance reports, audits, and service information for managers and senior leadership teams.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including acute hospitals, community teams, and partner agencies.
Support service improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with NHS policies, information governance, and data protection requirements.
Assist with meeting coordination, minute taking, and action tracking where required.
Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training processes for administrative staff.
