The Role
As our Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key part in maintaining our high standards across all sections of the kitchen. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting quality dishes to spec in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Assisting across all kitchen sections, including food prep, service, and hygiene standards.
* Getting hands-on in our in-house bakery to help prepare and display items for our popular cake counter.
* Supporting the wider team to keep the kitchen running smoothly, clean, and safe.

What We’re Looking For
* *Experience:* At least 1 year in a busy catering or kitchen environment preferred.
* *Skills:* Strong multitasker who stays calm under pressure and communicates clearly.
* *Passionate & Reliable:* A genuine pride in cooking good food and a desire to be part of a supportive team.
* *Commute:* Must be able to reliably commute to our location on Hull Road.
