Box Office Team Member
Exmouth Pavilion – LED Community Leisure
Looking for a role where you can be part of live events, theatre and entertainment while delivering brilliant customer service?
We’re looking for a Box Office Team Member to join our team at Exmouth Pavilion a vibrant venue hosting an exciting programme of performances, shows and community events.
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be at the heart of the experience, helping audiences from their first enquiry right through to show night.
What you’ll be doing

Welcoming customers in person, by phone and online, creating a positive first impression every time

Providing information on shows, seating and ticket options

Processing bookings and ticket sales accurately using our box office systems

Supporting event delivery by preparing tickets, materials and customer communications

Promoting upcoming shows and helping maximise ticket sales

Working closely with colleagues across the Pavilion to deliver a seamless audience experience
What we’re looking for

A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with people

Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment

Basic IT skills and confidence using booking or admin systems
-
Flexible approach, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in a theatre, box office, events, or hospitality environment is a bonus—but not essential.
