Internal Sales Executive
Location: Runcorn, WA7
Salary: £28k DOE
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Internal Sales Executive to join a growing manufacturing business based in Runcorn (WA7). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a proactive, results-driven internal sales team in a modern office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, negotiate, and send customer quotations
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Track sales activities and follow up on outstanding quotes
- Identify and research potential customers via cold calls and follow-up emails
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to develop sales opportunities
- Build rapport with both prospects and existing customers
- Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Promote and upsell company products and services
Ideal Candidate
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using Sage 200 and SAP is highly desirable
- Organised, self-motivated, and proactive in following up sales leads
