This is an opportunity to shape programmes that improve mental health, reduce inequalities and strengthen wellbeing across Shropshire’s communities.
You will lead and co-ordinate a varied portfolio of public health programmes focused on prevention, wellbeing and reducing inequalities, including suicide prevention, mental health, trauma-informed practice, tobacco dependency, gambling harms prevention and wider prevention priorities as local needs evolve.
Working with NHS partners, Council colleagues, voluntary and community organisations and people with lived experience, you will turn evidence and strategy into practical action that improves outcomes for local people.
