Experienced Early Years Practitioners, Room Leaders
We have opportunities across our nursery settings in Calne, Lyneham and Fynamore for people who care about doing the job well, enjoy being part of a strong team and would like the chance to grow into more senior responsibilities.
You might already be a Room Leader looking for a fresh start. You might be an experienced Level 3 practitioner being the person others turn to in the room (even though you have never had the title). Or, you might know you are ready for more responsibility but need the right support and opportunity to take that next step. We are interested in all three.
For the right person, we provide a clear development route, regular support from experienced leaders, and coaching and leadership development with an external early year’s coach who already works closely with our team. This is something we invest in because we want people to feel supported as they grow into leadership, rather than being given a new title and expected to work everything out for themselves.
You do not need to arrive as the finished article.
We are looking for people who are:
- Level 3 qualified or above
- experienced in an early years setting
- reliable and organised
- confident working as part of a team
- comfortable taking responsibility
- interested in supporting and developing other people
- willing to learn and open to feedback
- ambitious about their own career in early years
