Job Overview
Q W Construction is looking for experienced groundworkers to join our team on a self-employed basis. We have ongoing work across a range of residential and commercial projects and are seeking reliable individuals with prove experience in groundworks
Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of groundwork including drainage, foundations, and concreting
- Excavation and site preparation
- Installing kerbing, edging and paving
- Laying pipes and drainage systems
- Working from site drawings and plans
- Operating small plant and machinery (if qualified)
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundworks (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health and safety
- Own transport preferred
- CPCS / NPORS tickets (preferred by not essential)
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
