Graduate Tax Trainee – International Private Client Tax

GRB are looking for two ambitious graduates to join a growing Private Client Tax team. You'll work alongside experienced specialists supporting entrepreneurs, private equity professionals, tech executives, high-net-worth families and international citizens living in the UK, gaining exposure to complex international tax matters from day one.
You'll receive structured training, study support for professional qualifications (ATT/CTA) and the opportunity to develop quickly within a high-performing team that has doubled in size over the past five years.
What you'll do
- Prepare and support the delivery of international personal tax returns, with a strong focus on compliance
- Gather and analyse client information and liaise with colleagues across the business
- Attend client meetings with senior team members, building exposure and confidence from your first year
- Research tax legislation and develop your technical knowledge through real client work
- Maintain accurate records, manage your workload effectively and contribute to outstanding client service
- Learn from experienced managers who are invested in your professional development

What we're looking for
- Predicted a 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) in any degree discipline
- A’s and B’s at A Level (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical ability and confidence working with data and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Evidence of commitment and drive through work experience, sport, music or other extracurricular activities
- A proactive attitude, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn about tax
- Ability to commute to or relocate within reasonable distance of Berkshire, with those having access to the Elizabeth Line also being considered
