Following our continued growth we have the requirement for another position within our Event Management department.
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Event Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering a diverse range of events, including conferences, meetings, incentives, exhibitions, and corporate functions, ensuring every event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple events from client brief through to post-event evaluation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor profitability.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venues, accommodation, transport, catering, and delegate management.
- Lead on-site event delivery and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Produce event reports, analyse feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in event management, project management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) sector.
- Knowledge of event technology and registration platforms.
- Relevant Events, Hospitality, CIM, or professional qualifications.
- Experience managing international events.

This position is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Flexible between 8am-8pm, (occasional evenings and weekends required)
Salary per annum dependent on experience.
