Your role
As a Domiciliary Support Worker, you'll visit clients in their own homes, providing personalised support that helps them remain independent and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with washing, dressing, mobility and daily living activities
- Supporting clients with medication following training
- Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients to access their local community where appropriate
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Completing accurate care records
- Working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care

Previous experience in care or support work is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
