We are looking for a proactive and hands-on team member to assist our distribution manager in all that they do.
Job Description
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires a can-do attitude and the ability to get stuck in. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping our operations running seamlessly — from picking & packing orders, managing stock in our freezer and building pallets to distribute onto our wholesalers. You will be required to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed—this is a collaborative and fast-paced environment where flexibility is key.
The role is part-time, three days a week on site (London, SW19).
Key Responsibilities
- Direct-To-Consumer Orders: Accurate picking and packing of orders to tight deadlines. We offer a premium service and so attention to detail to ensure correct items, quantities and good presentation is absolutely crucial.
- Pallet Building & Wholesale Dispatch: Efficient and accurate building of pallets for wholesale shipments which also includes wrapping and labelling in line with transport schedule.
- Stock Organisation: Organising stock within freezer storage areas, rotating stock and assisting with stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Must Haves
Please note, this is a physically demanding role, therefore:
- Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including lifting, carrying, bending and standing for long shifts
- Comfortable working in cold and freezer environments as part of daily duties
- Capable of safely lifting heavy items and building stable pallets
We are also looking for someone who is:
- Punctual, dependable and able to work at a consistent pace
- Able to work well as a team and help out wherever is needed
- Willing to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing daily volumes and priorities
- Experienced in warehousing or distribution (not essential, but would be beneficial)
