Commissioning Manager

Up to £70,000 + Bonus
We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious new luxury care development opening in Leeds in 2027, and we're looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager (or a strong, ambitious Home Manager ready to step up) to lead this exciting project from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand-new service, build a high-performing team, and establish a home that will set the standard for premium care in the region.
The Role
- Lead the commissioning and mobilisation of a new luxury care home, from pre-opening through to full occupancy
- Recruit, train and develop a first-class staff team
- Establish robust systems, processes and a strong compliance culture from the outset
- Drive occupancy growth within a high private-pay market
- Build relationships with private families, professionals and referral partners to maximise self-funded admissions
- Ensure the home is fully prepared for CQC registration and inspection, and maintain the highest standards thereafter
What We're Looking For
- Previous commissioning experience is highly desirable, but we'd also love to hear from exceptional Home Managers ready for their next challenge
- A strong, demonstrable track record with CQC – ratings history that speaks for itself
- Proven experience operating in a high private-paying market, with a track record of driving and maintaining a high percentage of self-funded residents
- A confident, hands-on leader who thrives on building something new
- Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional, luxury standard of care
