Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete maintenance engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various concrete-related tasks on construction sites. This role requires both physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Responsibilities
Repairing and fixing mortar silos on site.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment related to concrete work, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Perform basic welding tasks as needed for formwork or structural support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Welding: 5 years (required)
- concrete / tar plant repairs: 2 years (preferred)
