Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex projects within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Utilise Civil 3D for design review, planning, and technical assessments related to civil engineering components.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all phases of the project.
- Conduct regular team meetings to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within civil engineering or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil design and technical analysis.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management or related fields are desirable.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Pay: £31,700.00-£49,000.00 per year
