Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small 15 bed care home. The ideal candidate will have experience as a deputy manager who is looking for their first managers experience. Most importantly you will be confident, kind and caring to enable you to support both residents and staff on a day to day basis.
Qualifications
- level 5 leadership and management or willingness to complete
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and compassion towards residents and their families.
